Vincent Mangematin is Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) and at GAEL. His researches analyse the dynamics of knowledge creation and circulation in high tech industries and the related strategies of organisations involved in knowledge production:

• Technology Transfer and Management of Universities and Public Sector Research Organisation

• Organisation of Research and Innovation in High Tech industries

• Role of clusters, geographic agglomeration and networks of firm growth

• Institutionalisation processes in emerging and changing environments.

His main fields of expertise are emerging industries like biotech and nanotechnologies.
