Technology Transfer and Management of Public Sector Research Organisations

Technology transfer strategies may be based on research alliances or on patent and licensing. My research focuses on additional modes of technology transfer like firm creation and mobility of human resource from academia to industry. My on-going research analyses the influence of technology transfer commitment on individual career (mid career around 40-50 years old researchers). It also focuses on management of shared research facilities as a mode of technology transfer.

Completed projects

  • The growing importance of Large Scale Research Facilities in Life Sciences : Impacts on technology transfer between academia and industry, MiRE, INSERM-CNRS, co-PI with F. Aggeri, Paris.

  • Between discrimination and self selection: Female careers in the French Universities, Ministère de la recherche, Co PI with Christine Musselin, CSO, Paris.
